Return and Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal In accordance with European consumer protection law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason.

Return Conditions Products must be returned in their original condition — new, complete, undamaged and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, except where the product is defective or non-compliant.

Refund Upon receipt and verification of the return, GIGI will process the refund within 14 days, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

Excluded Products Photographic prints made to order and personalised signed editions cannot be returned, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
