Terms and Conditions of Sale
These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to orders placed on patriciafaure.com, operated by GIGI, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with share capital of €1,000.00, whose registered office is located at 141 rue Beau Soleil, 74120 Megève, France, registered with the Annecy Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 107 238 859.
Any order placed on the website implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Products
The website offers for sale books, photographic prints, objects and editions related to Patricia Faure’s artistic universe. Products are described with the greatest care. Slight variations may exist between the images displayed online and the final product.
Prices
Prices may be displayed in euros or another currency depending on the website settings. They include all applicable taxes where VAT applies, excluding delivery charges.
For deliveries outside the European Union, we make every effort to calculate and pay in advance any applicable customs duties and import taxes. Depending on the destination country, additional charges may nevertheless apply.
Orders and Payment
An order is confirmed once payment has been accepted. A confirmation email is sent to the Customer. For pre-orders, payment is collected at the time the order is placed.
Secure Payment
Payments are processed through the secure payment solutions offered on the website. GIGI does not retain the Customer’s banking details.
Pre-orders
Where a product is offered for pre-order, the estimated dispatch date or period is stated on the product page. In the event of a significant delay, the Customer will be informed by email.
Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order. GIGI shall not be held liable for any error in the delivery information provided by the Customer.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with consumer law, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal (Service Public).
Products must be returned new, complete, undamaged and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, except where the product is defective or non-compliant.
Intellectual Property
The purchase of a book, print or object does not grant any right to reproduce, distribute or otherwise exploit Patricia Faure’s works. All rights are reserved.

Applicable Law, Consumer Mediation and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with French law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
In the event of a difficulty, the Customer is invited to contact GIGI first at hello@patriciafaure.com in order to seek an amicable solution.
In accordance with Articles L. 611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, after a prior written complaint has been submitted to GIGI and no satisfactory solution has been reached, a consumer Customer may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator appointed by GIGI:

A mediation request may be submitted online via the mediator’s website or sent by post to the address above.
If no amicable resolution is reached, the Customer may bring the matter before the competent court in accordance with the rules of the French Code of Civil Procedure.
